Claire Del Rosso began her legal career in 2017 and has represented clients throughout Florida, Washington, Maryland, and the D.C. area. Her current practice focuses on insurance defense in the areas of motor vehicle negligence, child welfare, premises liability, and employment discrimination.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Del Rosso served as General Counsel for Acceleration Academies (a nationwide, fully-accredited high school dropout re-engagement organization, engaged in public-private partnership contracts with large urban school districts). Before becoming corporate General Counsel, Ms. Del Rosso had served as Assistant State Attorney and as Assistant Public Defender for Orange County, Florida, litigating criminal cases from intake through trial. Her subsequent work with nonprofit organizations has been considerable—with a primary focus on extending protections for victims of domestic or sexual violence.
Ms. Del Rosso is a dual citizen of both France and the United States and speaks both languages with native proficiency. Ms. Del Rosso earned her Juris Doctorate from the Florida State University College of Law. While in law school, Ms. Del Rosso served as Human Trafficking Coordinator for the Department of Juvenile Justice and assisted the Police Nationale de France Bordeaux with human trafficking victim support. She also received her MBA from the University of Florida in 2020. Ms. Del Rosso is a member of the bar and authorized to practice law in the following jurisdictions: all State and Federal Florida courts, Minnesota, Washington State, Maryland, and the District of Columbia.
